Cries of pain
While a beating drum
Cheerful hearts dancing
She sings softly, yet
Sorrowingly whispering
Wishing her word
To be heard
While a shedding of tears
Life is poetry — without
Words connecting
Words will be meaningless
Emotionless nothingless
Poetry is a song
Played to the world
