Apple of nobodies eye

Come what may

Yearning for you

Nobodies apple of the eye

Only her own faith of fear

Surely a dream or a nightmare

Urging you, she cries for attention

Residing to the fact, she remains

Every little bit of aloneness

This poem was from our move me poetry battle, hosted over on Twitter.

The prompt word was ‘CYNOSURE'

A word I had never heard of before so I decided to have a go at writing this poem in a different form to what I usually write it.

Here is my first attempt at writing ‘Acrostic' 😊
