Colour me in fairy dust and rainbows
Watch me as I sparkle
Sprinkle me with hope
And watch my strength shines through
My giggle contagious
And a smile as big as me and you
I hide behind the curtains
Can you see my shadow
Do you see me sparkle
When the fairy dust makes me glow

Colour me in fairy dust and rainbows
Come dance with me in the rain
Help me make the room spin
Singing and dancing
While we splash in puddles
And chase the colours of rainbows
We can have pillow fights
And watch the stars at night
As long as it’s with my family
They colour me in fairy dust and rainbows

I wanted to try something a little different and take myself out of my comfort zone tonight.
This poem is dedicated to a local little girl who has been desperately ill! I hope you like this, Florence!!!
