Hallelujah

Uncharted lands of far

She reaches inwards

Languishing in some

Feelings of euphoria

Confusion — burning

Charcoal residue residing

In-between her inferior

Side of fear and her

Fearless entity

Gripping onto gravity

Pulling her downward

Into darkness

A black hole

Refusing to give up

She burns her sacred spell

Of sovereignty — Independence

Yet she remembers lands of far

Where memories lay and

Truths remain buried

By her unscathed shell

Of her former self

Rising from the ashes

Whispering —

Hallelujah
