Hold a world
In cupped hands
Out of harms way
To save a world
Taking chances
Shelter a universe
Taking away a pain
Deeply embedded
Within souls
Destroying each
Fibre of a being
I want to
Keep safely
Your safety
Picking up
The remnants
Of a shattered soul
Seeing clearly
It takes more
Than one to
Hold a world

To bless and be blessed
