Your lies as they
Unfold, unforbidden
Against hatred
Bestowed upon her
What lies beneath
Her sadness is
A raw exterior
Ticking bomb
As she rebels
Against her pain
Mental, physical
You name it — her suffering
A life she didn’t choose
Yet thrown at her
With such force
Such trauma
Facing it as she rebels
