Turning pages
Starting over
Chapter and verse, middle and end
Erasing bad apples, trauma to heal
Ground yourself
Eyes closed
And breath

I wanted to write about moving forward, re-writing each moment that was taken away from me!
This poem is just that, its about taking a leap of faith and turning each moment that you breath, into a step closer to your destination.
Its about winning, victory — not in battle but in our own world of mental health, taking back control. Being in control!!!
